Are these stained/used? Also what size diaper do these fit(OS, Sm, Md, Lg)?

Hello! They've been used a handful of times inside of Alva Baby pocket diapers (regular OS). No stains. I prefer charcoal bamboo, so I'm destashing other types of inserts since I use CBI exclusively.

Hi! Yes,they are washable. There can be a bit of a learning curve in cloth diapering, but these inserts are made with a natural fiber, so it's a bit easier to care for them. If you want some instructions, I'm happy to oblige! There are tons of cloth diaper safe soaps on the market, but good ol' Tide and boiling is enough for bamboo inserts. Do you use covers? Pockets? Or are you curious about cloth diapering?
