Description

The listing, Moon Flowers has ended.

Moon flowers are nocturnal bloomers, perfect for night owls and late night strollers. After sunset, these huge white flowers bloom and glow all night in the moonlight. Then, as the sun rises, they close their fragrant blooms. At Home we enjoy it's evening performance as well as heavy fragrance. The flowers unfold very quickly and that in itself is an event worth waiting for! The pictures above are this years plants. I do live in upstate NY with tons of snow and yes they grow fine. When the flower dies it will grow a pod with 1000 of seeds. I save some pods and take in over the winter. I let all the others fall to ground, cut the stalk back and the let them do there thing. Come the next spring when the seeds grow i weed the ones out and keep the ones where i want it go. I have tons of seeds! all in all these are a simple pretty plant. I have seen on here they are also called angel trumpet plants. like as in texas and others areas there. But here in NY they are called Moon Flowers. Any questions please ask. Happy bidding :)

I honestly do not know if the will do good in Colorado. I did Google it and some say yes others say no. I really do not want to give you the wrong answer. I do know they grow in NY Texas and Pennsylvania. I am sorry I can't give a straight answer
