It's 90% polyester, 10% spandex but it has that velvet feel! It is a girls size 5,, brand: rare, too!....it has a beautiful matching blue bow on front. For some reason in picture it looks like there are spots but its the light reflecting off.
no stains, no tears that i can see! excellent nwot condition! next ship date is from auction ends to latest dec 18, we have 1 car so its hard to get to the post office. if you need it before christmas i will do priority or first class so that it gets there as fast as possible. i provide delivery confirmation if bids are over 1000.
