I purchased a bunch of things to whip up for our church's craft sale, but I'm not going to get to this one in time for the sale. And these work up so darn cute, I thought maybe someone with more ambition, could get this done in time for Christmas giving!

Everything you need is included in the kit! The fabric strips (denim blue / navy / white print) are all colors that will work with so many other colors! So whether you're going for coffee in jeans, or to the office in a suit, you can use this versatile bag for either!

Kit includes pre-cut fabric strips that you knit (and these are VIP Cranston fabric so you know it is quality), fabric lining, and accessories. There is an antique button for closure and a navy cord for shoulder strap. Complete instructions are included. You will need size 10 knitting needles, matching thread, a large eye yarn needle and regular sewing needle.

The pattern is called Kensington Café Bag and the finished size is 7-1/2" x 7" x 1". According to the directions on the back, the approximate completion time is 4 hours. If you're handy with knitting needles, you should be able to complete this in an evening or so!
The lining fabric is the same as the strips, and I have scanned a portion of the fabric (through the plastic).
