Vinyl Window Decal - Due to the nature of this auction -- REFUND and RETURNS are NOT excepted !!!!! -- You will receive easy to apply instructions, the vinyl decal with application tape already applied. Peel and stick to any desired clean and smooth surface, remove application tape and decal stays. Vinyl easily sticks to just about any smooth surface including: cars, computers, glass, mirrors, plastic and walls.

This auction is for (1) one BLACK vinyl cut out. 3" x 10" The pictures are the actual vinyl cut out. with approximate size. The background will be whatever you apply it to. Please ask any questions if you are unsure of how it works or anything else.
