This reader is brand new, only used once when I got it, I took it out to try it. I haven't used it since. It's a 3G + WI-FI paperwhite (Black and white print) Kindle. It works great, and everything that came with it is all still in the original box. There are no scratches, like I said, it was only used once for about 30 minutes. Other than that, it works like a charm!
