What does it say? if they are silver they will say sterling or sterling silver or 925, sometimes they were 800 silver. These look pretty dark, more like pewter. Nice however!

Im pretty good with telling silver with jewelry but as far as these go I know they are name brand back in its day. They are pretty heavy so I don't know. They might be pewter

I took these shakers to be tested from what I am told they are pewter.. I hope that this help
