it is, its just vintage. I believe its the vintage version of the Madison bag. I think that's the name of it. thanks again.

from the bottom inside to top its 7inches across the bottom is 12 inches. the handles are 6 inches across. (not full length, just across the loop)

yes it is real. its just an old version. from the early 90's I believe.
