Yes ! but it is easy also to get a 80 Cents money gram & they have tracking numbers for you the person it's going too .But that's up to U & if you do anything please make sure u do hide it in a card or folding letter and along with your addy & what the items is You Won ! that helps me alot , & Most ppl dont do that !
