This is a genuine leather "Etienne Aigner" 12" wide 6" tall purse. Was given to me as a gift. Never used too small for me. So there are no rips or holes on the inside. GREAT CONDITION!! will ship only in the U.S.

No it doesn't have a base piece. And no the bottom is the same color as the rest of the purse. My picture taking isn't all that great either. Thanks!!
