it really will help you to get more credits and build confidence in buyers when you answer the questions people ask. Most people that are just scamming for credits ignore questions and are vague in thier listings, and typically have had zero to few auctions. They get credits and spend them, and then change accounts. I learned the hard way after getting scammed on a tablet. Could you at least respond to people who are interested in your auction to let them know you care about thier concerns? Sorry if you are genuine, but it happens alot.

Can you take a picture of the front and back of the iPod without the case on it? Also for the back picture can you take it so that its clear enough for us to see that it says 32GB? Or go into the settings and take a picture of the front while in the settings section that shows the usage, that will show us how many GBs it's is also.
