Game is used but should work fine. Case has scratches. I have never played it, it was given to me as a gift but our PS2 won't play any colored PS1 discs. I know I say I haven't played it and it's used because it was bought at a re-sale store. But, the store is very good about their products and give the discs a clean right before your eyes upon sale. And they've never sold a faulty disc. It may have a few scratches but they are superficial and won't affect gameplay.
