This auction is for an old electric typewriter in need of a handyman's TLC. The power adapter is not with it but could probably be picked up on eBay or Amazon. It does run on 4 D-cell batteries too (not included). The ribbon looks like it would need to be replaced also. I don't know a thing about these old typewriters but I suppose a good handyman might enjoy restoring this one. Due to the size and weight of this item, shipping will be $13.95 USPS Priority to the US through PayPal only. No international or free shipping. Shipping cost to be paid within 3 days of auction's end and item will be shipped the following business day after payment completion. If shipping payment and correspondence is not received within 3 days of auction's end, item will be re-listed and credits forfeited, no exceptions. Sorry but this is due to the many people that enjoy bidding, then keeping items in limbo for way too long and trying to get out of paying their shipping cost any way they can, then filing a dispute to try to get their credits back when they had no intention of paying the shipping to begin with. I hate to sound like a harda$$ but this is happening way too much now. Please don't waste your time asking for free shipping on this item.
