This phone was giiven to me and I don't use US Cellular. It is an Android, has some dings on the body edges and a few slight scratches on the screen from normal wear.

No Sim Card. And it is a 3 g

no, it does not jitter that I'm aware of. I never used this except for game and music. It has a touch screen that works. and as far as I know it does not freeze.
