Description
The listing, Vintage Joe Esposito Sapphire and Rhinestone Ring ~14kt Gold~ has ended.
This ring is stamped! 14kt GE ESPO
Through research I have found that ESPO stands for Joe Esposito. He is responsible for creating a line of affordable and beautiful jewelry around the 60's and 70's. This ring is a relatively small (I am unsure of size but provided a comparison photo (with and quarter!) It has a big blue sapphire in the center (it's a very rich, royal blue!) surrounded by rhinestones.
I do not but from research the gems in his rings are often real, they almost always contain rhinestones and are all 14kt gold electroplate or sterling silver.
I just had this same one on here, didn't know it was a joe but its definitely from the 60's 70's because it belonged to my mother and was in her antique jewelry, mine didn't go for a lot on here, around 10k hope yours does better..this ring is gorgeous in person for costume jewelry
I honestly have no idea, I don't have a ring sizer and most of the rings I list are adjustable if I HAD to guess I would say 7 and a half maybe? My ring finger is a size 9 and it fits my pinky. I put it on top of a quarter to try and show a comparison.
