How is a remote or distant Reiki session facilitated?
I do not have to be in the same room, the same city or the same country. It can be done using a photograph, a personal item from the recipient or with nothing more than the recipients name and a physical location. Reiki sent remotely is equal to and sometimes even better than being physically present with your practionor. I use a surrogate to represent you. You are in your own home with your own surroundings. A designated time will be given to you to receive your reiki healing, by Skype. To receive your healing you may light candles, play some some music but most importantly be open to receive your healing. A comfortable sitting position or lying down is both acceptable to receive your healing.
