hi. just wish to point out that your terms go against Listia and cannot actually be enforced. Listia states 10 days is reasonable for a winner to contact a seller. and a seller can't do what the rest of your terms state since a winner can file a dispute and Listia can decide on it.

if i see auctions with such terms where sellers and users may be unaware, i post this info to be helpful to all.

i'm only stating Listia's facts, not my feelings. i only wish to inform that a seller's terms must be reasonable and adhere to Listia's policies, and in a dispute are ignored if they go against this, all as stated by Listia. your current terms can affect you as a seller and so i hope this info will help you prevent that.
