The listing, castor bean (5 seeds) has ended.

These grow up to 10 feet tall. Good for privacy. Seed pods are soft when fresh, but prickly when dried. After drying they are easy to open and get mature seeds. (Seeds are poisonous so keep away from pets and children.)

Is this perrenials ? Will it be fine at zone 5 ?

I don't see there being any problem growing these in your zone. But I would not call them perennials. They get plenty of seeds. Just regrow them the next year. They are fast growers.
