Thanks for your question. I'm using the Price Calculator on the USPS.com site, it says that it would be $8.92. However, I've used that before and then when I've mailed a package at the post office the price would be different, either a little lower or a little higher.

So I would say somewhere between $8.50 and $9.50.

I think I will have to charge $8.50 and then make a refund of the difference between actual cost and price paid, if it's lower than $8.50.

Every time I put in someone's zip code no matter what, the cost comes up between $8.00 and $9.00. Which seems high to me, as I've said in the comment above, I've used that before and then when I've mailed a package at the post office the price would be different, either a little lower or a little higher.

If your shipping payment is made via PayPal, I will refund the difference between the amount you pay and the actual cost.
