Thank you Hunn! :) Fanning back. Well, my mannequin is a 36DD and it fit over her, so I'd like to say yes, it would go up to a 40" as it is loose, but then again I try to always be honest ESPECIALLY when it comes to clothes, so I would say "possibly" :) Hope that helps.

Well I have to at least try, I had my boobies implode last year and went from a nice c cup to a low hanging B cup...LOL so the 40 inches is for my fat back too...If it doesn't work I can always share it again right here on listia...I see a win/win...haha
