Actually, if I am not mistakes, this runs the PalmOS (*NOT* WebOS). It is compatible whit Windows XP and Windows 7, but you would need to download the software form Palm.com.

This little beauty is one of the Palm PDA's that was the predecessor to the current Palm handhelds.

Palm has updates for any operating system on their web page. Yes they do have an update for this palm so you can use it with Windows 7, the only thing you have to do is downlaod the "patches" on your computer.

I believe that Palm offers a wireless card that you can buy it and put it into where the memory card goes and use the device to log into the internet.
That wireless card runs about $ 50.00 may be more
To more specific details, I will sugest that you visit the Palm web page and they can answer all those questions.
