This is a bizarre trading card by Jim Warren.
This is a trading card put into a clear plastic sleeve to which I have attached magnets so you can post it on your computer, refrigerator, wall of fame, or man cave. If you want to frame or store for collector card value, you can remove the magnets from the plastic sleeve, or remove the card from the sleeve.
2.5x3.5"

You might want to check out the 5x7" mats that are cut to fit this card. You can always remove the magnets and/or sleeve, or leave them on to make suitable for framing.
