The listing, Brand New Sparkly Shoes has ended.

SOOOO PRETTY SIZE 5 SHOES. They kind of look like twinkle toes but they are NOT. They are super colorful. Lots of pink, silver, and purple also some blue and green. Lots of sparkle, embroidery, embellishments and awesome shiny multicolored laces. Very cute and in time for the holidays or for school. Never wore...I bought for my daughter over the summer and intended for her to use as school shoes, so they sat on a shelf during the summer and her feet grew and now they are too small. Hope some little girl or women with a small foot can enjoy. As always FREE shipping within the US to listia verified addresses only. Outside of shoes measures 9 and 3/4 inches in length. they are not for toddlers. These would be for a child. They are about 9 and 3/4 inches long if you measure the outside of the shoe. the inside of course would be smaller. perhaps for a foot about 8.5 inches long or so. My daughter is 9 and they are too small for her, however her great grandma wears a size 4 or 5 in women's and they would most likely fit her foot. Once a child goes past a size 4 or 5 in children's shoes they technically wear adult shoes even though they might only be in 3 rd grade. I am not sure of your daughter's age. if she is around preschool age she would wear a toddler sized shoe not a child's size 5/technically a women's size 5. Heaven I hope I helped...if all else fails measure her foot with a regular old tape measure...thanks

you probably did it right if it says you were verified. If you win an auction you should just have to click a button saying you want it shipped and then you click a button that will pop up that says choose address. Then your address will pop up which you click and then a button that says send shipping info. at that point listia sends an email to the seller letting them know that your shipping address has been supplied. Hope that helps you:)!

by clicking on the button that says things not going as planned and filing a complaint, but the seller has 7 days. to ship the item.

sounds like you did every thing correct on your end. Try messaging them through that same page, but do not click got it until you actually do get it. the seller has 7 days to ship after they get your address. If you aren't notified within 7 days that your item was shipped and haven't heard from the seller I would file a complaint through listia.
