In order to have better results with this auction, please add more details regarding your item. Your auction is missing a description or picture. These two things will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. We also highly recommend that you include pictures of the actual item that is being auctioned, (not just use stock photos from the manufacturer). For higher valued items, please include a notecard or piece of paper with your Listia username in one of the pictures of the actual item. This will also reduce the number of questions that your bidders will ask, and most importantly, you`ll get the best results with your auction.

You don't sound stupid =) It means "Fanned and Watching" like the person became your fan on here & now they're watching whichever auction they wrote that on. If they write "FWB" it means "Fanned, Watching & Bidding." If they ask "Is there a GIN option for this auction?" a GIN is a set number of credits a Seller can optionally set (2,000 credits is the lowest amount) for an auction & if a Buyer clicks that button the auction is over & those credits will be transferred to you, the Seller. A GIN can only be set before there are no bids on an auction (can't put one once bidding has started) & you won't be able to offer a GIN option on any of your auctions until you earn your Seller Wings badge.
