No scratches, battery is almost new. Everything works perfect... just as good as when I bought it. I got married a little over a year after I bought it and ever since then I've been using his camera instead.

FYI: a tiny bit of easy research shows this model came out around 2004. Number of pictures is holds depends upon the size of the media card AND what resolution the photos are. If you shoot at maximum 5 megapixels you will have a lit fewer than if you are shooting at the equivalent of 2 megapixels.

As many as a 2 gb card will hold. It depends on the picture and if you have videos as well. You can purchase a bigger card though from Walmart.
