The listing, Huge sea snail fossil has ended.

This fossil I found in the Tralingua Desert near the big Bend,It is awesome finding this in the middle of the desert it makies this fossil over 1000 years old,It has bits of sea shells in it great piece for display and to hold a bit of history.The sand is so petrified it is like concrete.

Thankyou I fanned you back.This fossil has been a real conversation piece,I found it in a wash in the south west Texas desert,I wish I could have gotten everything I saw that amazed me out there.But this was themost interesting.I just feel its time to pass it on to someone else that will enjoy it.!!! Looks like an ammonite to me. I have found several in NE Texas in the Sulphur River Nice piece

Thank you very much,I wish I could of brought home alot more ,Ther were walls of rocks with huge crystals in them we saw one point that had to be over seven feet tall but impossible to get to.

I know what you mean. I've been there before. My husband and I look for fossils and rocks and minerals on the weekends. Course here in Texas there are more fossils. Best of luck on this one. Very nice.
