Yes it does and it can take a sim card but you can call straight talk and get it set up

Yea that's happen to me I had a new iphone stolen and everything was gone I completely understand it sucks really bad my bf at the time was over seas and it was my only connection with him yea it sucks to loss pr have a phone stolen
