You can still bid regardless of having a PayPal account or not. I am asking for shipping but shipping may be negotiable depending on the circumstances of the winner. You are not required to put up any money for shipping to bid; bidding is free. That being said, being a full-time student, I ask for money to cover shipping cost for I have no other way to pay for it.
