actually, she should just not send it, then you get credit refund and give nuetral or better feedback, that is how I'd handle this.....I wouldn't send the item...let you have your credits back...if that is how it is done, then it wouldn't be a negative feedback. just a suggestion, hope dragonfly doesn't loose her credits!!!!
