BTW, this item was produced for the 1952 Republican national convention. This is confirmed by the Union Bug on the back. All Eisenhower pins make for the 1952 convention carry the same Union Bug.

What sort of markings on the back?

Allied Printing , Trade Counsel, Chicago ILL. 313 and something Label. Its a logo that repeats on back on blue. I have 17/17 vision but print is very small. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have more questions.
