This is a 2011 Topps Diamond Anniversary BRIAN WILSON card.
These are commonly called "sparkle" cards when I see them listed on Listia, although the ACTUAL sparkle cards were the ones with diamonds embedded in them.

Affectionately known as "The Beard", Brian became one of baseball's biggest stars during the San Francisco Giants 2010 championship season. Between 2008-2011, he amassed an astounding 163 saves and 3 trips to the All Star game. The Giants released Wilson after a 2012 injury led him to a second arm surgery. The first place Dodgers weren't worried about that; they signed Wilson, and he's back to shredding opponents out of the bullpen as the Dodgers make a run at the 2013 title.
