A Great Classic COPPER AGE MARVEL Comic. You must take a look at this fantastic issue of THE X-MEN #1 (OCTOBER 1991)
I am not a professional grader, so I will do the best I can to describe them. I can only give you my opinion, so please LOOK AT THE PHOTOS and make up your own mind as to its condition because Grading is so Subjective.

In my unprofessional opinion, having read the Overstreet Grading Definitions: This 22 year old comic appears to be in Very good condition. The cover has great color and great gloss. The corners are in good shape and it is attached firmly at the staples. The spine is in good shape except for a small split above the top staple (see photo). No other stress lines at spine. and almost no surface wear is visible.
