The listing, Square Embroidered Table Cover has ended.

This doily or table cover is almost square in shape. I will add the dimensions later, but for now will tell you about this wonderful piece of hand work. It was probably made in the 30s or 40s and it has no wholes or spotting on it. It is clean and has been laundered by me in order to keep it fresh. This is a smoke free, pet friendly home. However, the pets don't get into the linens so have no fear that you will find hair on any of my pieces. The hem on this piece has been hand crocheted in colors matching the embroidery work. It is a lovely old piece and has done it duty over and over through the years. From grandma's house to mother's house to my house. It has been used by all three of us with varying degrees of success.

I know. I hate when I ruin something old that can never be replaced. It's almost a sacrilege to damage something like that. Oh well, stuff happens!! Thanks for stopping by and you better keep your eye on this one;. I have a feeling it's going to really do well.

I wanted to let you know that while attempting to measure this for you, I poked a whole into it. However, I have added two more doilies to this listing in an attempt to make up for this accident. I hope you will come take a look at the new doilies. They are all of the same era and approximate size. I truly apologize for this accident, but with old linens these things happen so easily. Please accept my apology and thank you for coming by to look a this listing.
