I got ripped off.

Hi! Again. Anyway, not sure what happened to you to bee ripped off but even though I've been a Listian for several years- you just can't ever foresee the bad apple and even though they may have lots of auctions, feedbacks and 100%- it still happens. I had 100% until just recently and this other Listian took me to the cleaners. Enough Saadi. But let me advise you like I received my advice. Put it behind you and go on. You now have to overcome that count and % and you can do it and you will so don't let one woman ruin the very meaning and fun of being a Listian and a part of Listia.
Listia is the greatest site and has the greatest people to turn to for help or just to boost your morale. Keep the good thoughts going and have fun and believe me, your bad experience has happened to each one of us.
That being said, I don't mean to come across as bossy or telling you what to do. I meant it all in a friendly and helpful manner so please understand that.
Now, as for your IPhone 4 case.... Do you still have the instructions and paperwork that came with it?
How long did you use it- I'm assuming it is yours but may not be so.
The reason I ask is because I am interested in it for my IPhone and there is another one on auction.

Why only 50% rating??

I have had dealings with the girl that ripped you off then gave you a bad rating. She tried that with me. Tried to say she didn't receive the item when i had the tracking to prove it. And it's not right i mean her rating hurt you with you being new to Listia.

How much did you buy this for?

Is it used or new?

No I have the screen cleaner that was with it an the headphone jack hook up. I only used it one day because I didn't like the color an my boyfriend got me a different color! Hope everything I said was helpful if anymore questions feel free to ask. :)

Not to interfere with sellers auction but I would like to add to her dense even though I do not know her.
I maintained a 100% rating up until recently and I really got the axe job by another Listian. I have not had as any auctions as her but my auctions were and are high points/ dollar items whereas she had majority of those recipe auctions. Anyway, she won a Razor phone from me that had an Otterbox case and a few other cases etc. Long story short, I was in middle of moving, being in hospital etc but I was worried she had not received her box and she went on auction and was most ugly and rude and actually called me a liar and cheat and tracked another Listian down and riled him up. All done before my allowed 7 days had even passed. Dispute filed but I just returned her points and she still put awful things on all my auctions. We'll, after about 2 weeks the smashed box was returned to me......saying her address did not exist. So, in that 2 weeks I lost a lot of points, a lot of followers, my merchandise and my rating fell! What I am trying to say is that this seller could not control what one or more Listians that are dishonest , did to her and more than likely, it was caused by another con on Listia. This has been happening a lot lately and we have an influx of new people with high dollar items that are piling even more cons.
Please do not judge this seller for her low rating....it may not be her fault. She does not have a lot of auctions to make that rating percentage higher but I can say this in her defense. Go read her feedback.... And if you don't like what you see.... Them don't bid! It's that simple. The decision is up to you and you won't lose your points anyway because they are protected by Listia.
