This hat will fit just about anyone, because it has an interior band that can be adjusted to make the hat snug to your head (I actually only wore this hat once to a fundraiser event and practically had to hold it up by wearing another hat underneath because I never realized there was an adjustable band inside). LOL

Very clean for a white/Ivory colored hat. No odors smoke FREE Home.

Hi Tracy!!! No it is actually a hat that would not look odd if worn where it snows or very cold (geez you could even put a scrf on first over your head and pull the hat over that and then wrap the scarf ends around your neck. That to me would be the ideal way to keep out wind chill.
But hey, in SOCAL that scenario never happens LOL
