The listing, Spider Plant has ended.

Spider plant (Chlorophytum comosum)

Even if you tend to neglect houseplants, you’ll have a hard time killing this resilient plant. With lots of rich foliage and tiny white flowers, the spider plant battles benzene, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide and xylene, a solvent used in the leather, rubber and printing industries.
I have had this plant for twenty years. It has been clipped hundereds of times, all the babies have thrived. This plant came from a clipping from my mother's 60 year old plant, which was from my grandmother's, which was from her mom's.
I have at times neglected this plant and nearly killed it. It has come back strong every time, and is very healthy now. I will ship three babies to the winner. I'm sure that all will thrive, but even if one doesn't make it, you'll have back up.

This auction is for three babies from this plant, not the mother plant. I'm sure all three will produce a new plant, but I am sending three to be sure at least one plant survives.

The leaves are not twisty like a spiral, I've seen some like that. These arch in a very elegant way. I have another that was clipped from this, the leaves are very long ang are growing almost straight up.

How is it shipped? Wet paper towel wrapped in tinfoil in a box?

Yes, wet paper towel. I will also put it in a hard case and send it in a bubble mailer. As long as it is recieved and cared for within a week there should be no issues.
I had one sent to me once. It was in a ziplock bag with a paper towel in a bubble mailer. I forgot about it in my car for about a week, after I recieved it. When I remembered it, the poor thing was all brown and limp. I planted it just to see what would happed. It not only lived, it is the mother of the babies I'm auctioning here :)
I hope to send it in better style. I am totally confident these little guys will do great.
