Old Silver Plated Oil Light, Comes With 2 Wicks.
The Handle Does Spin, It has a Little Dent on Bottom I tried to Catch with the Camera, It Is (Marked) Japan In 2 Different Places. It Is Tarnished and Has Scratches in Some Places. But It's Old and Used, But Over All Really Neat Find.

looks to be a jewelers or cobblers tool, used to heat workpieces for gluing or setting crystal lens into pocket watches. may also burn alcohol instead of oil?

I'm pretty sure it's one of those burners you put under a chafing dish to keep food warm. But it definitely has charm!

Thank You, I really don't think it's that with the way its set up, however you might be able to use it for that ( Don't quote me on that ) because I don't want anyone trying it and burning their house down.

No it Doesn't, All I could Find out on internet so far was it was Silver Plated & Antique. I will Keep looking.
