Are there any scratches or cracks on it. Also is the neck loose from the body of the guitar?

The neck is not loose at all, however, there are superficial cracks around it. The guitar was fairly cheap and came like that. They do not seem to affect anything or make it less sturdy. There is a small chip on the bottom back that you can see if you zoom into the picture.

Does this one have steel strings on it, or nylon? It looks like it should have nylon. Steel strings on a guitar made for nylon ... isn't good.
