this coupon was from a survey that kerrygold had on their website http://www.kerrygold.com/usa/index.php and anyone could do the survey.
at the end of the survey you could print the coupon, so the seller printed this coupon, it was not emailed to them.
kerrygold on facebook even discusses the survey and the coupon http://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=159840867394310&id=120369610878
also, it depends on a store if a printed coupon is accepted or not, and listia users even discussed this auction on facebook http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=111259674244&topic=18468
