there is some stretch at the waist, but its is non stretch everywhere else. If you are not a Medium, I would say this will not fit. I do not measure or post measurements, I give these away, I am not a store and I certainly make no money doing this, in fact I spend a lot of cash shipping things out that I give away. so please understand if I am unwilling to cater to your requests to measure and post things, its to time consuming and I do not enjoy it.
