Measure before you put it on . You use one leave it on for 45 minutes be sure to drink plenty of water . Then remove run in any extra cream into your skin if she bloats don't worry sometimes it happens but after a couple days she will lose tones of inches if she doesn't bloat
Measure again and write down the measurements do not use the next wrap for 72 hours that's how long it keeps working . Remember it tightens skin and firms I had stretch marks I lost those first before I lost any inches. Just push lots of water it will help push out all the bad stuff in your body and helps you lose inches. Also once you put the wrap on use seran wrap to hold the wrap on.

Yes I have I have lost 6 inches and all of my stretch marks you put them on and wrap with seran wrap to hold in place leave the wrap on for 45 minutes and helps push out unwanted fat out of your body I sell them I just have tones in inventory

And yes the inches stay off unless you binge like crazy and drink lots of soda then you will eventually put it back on but if you eat healthy and drink water you will keep the inches off.
