This tripod is new, ( just been in my computer bag for 2 years) It extends to about 27" This will be shipped within 24hrs. of receipt of mailing fees, via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope and will arrive in 2-3 days, and includes all zipcodes. $4.90 + PP fees. (about .45) unless sent "personal". Payable via Paypal.

It fits in the Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope ($4.90) and from what I can tell Parcel Post would cost the same and take 3 times as long to receive.

Nope, not what I said. The PP shipping info was a reply to a zipcode left in comments, before I edited the listing to reflect that I will ship USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.because, It will cover everyone, everywhere, whatever the weight and is cheaper than Parcel Post and will arrive sooner.
