I'm not sure, so I don't want to give a definite answer. The only thing I know, is that for OTHER programs I have that are old, they work on my XP. But, again, I cannot honestly say whether this will or not. I know that it says you can run the program directly from the cd without downloading, though it's slower. Wish I could help more. Sorry!
