Yes, it is gray w/silver and the interior is like a turquoise blue :)

Oops, my bad- I don't know why I always forget to add the dimensions! It is 12 x 11 and has a snap pocket on the front, 2 zippered pockets on the front on both sides and 2 pockets on the inside also on both sides :) The hardware is silver tone and is missing one- it came to me that way.
