i have had this phone for about under six months no problems with it at all.does have little scratches on the face but does not bother the use.i only ship to the usa.sorry.the battery is is great and hold a good amount of songs.

the screen protector is on the phone now i put it on no matter who gets this.the brand of screen protector is sheild pro.its the kind you can gut to what ever size u need.

yes you can get the cards from walmart.thats were i go to get them from.i always got the 45 dollar card to put on it.
