I got it this year in the beginning of summer. No, sorry, I don't have the tag and I only wore it once. I have so many bracelets, I don't wear half of them! You can look up the style if you go to Chico's past jewelry on the internet.

No darlin' I'm so sorry it doesn't but I am true to my word and if you take it to any Chico's store they will verify that it is indeed from Chico's! I think if they put a little Chico's jewelry charm on it, it would interfere with the beading...that's my guess. But it IS from Chico's!
