does not have inner tag on care instructions, but I've always washed it in the washing machine on delicate.
without tag I don't know what the material is, but feels like a silky nylon. any other questions just ask and I will try my best to answer.

yea, its not the most stretchy in the world but its has a good amount of stretch to it. my husbands sleeping in the room right now but ill make sure in the morning, test it out for ya lol :)
