The listing, Bumgenius Pocket diaper damaged has ended.

Bumgenius 3.0 limited edition Easter cloth diaper. Comes with one bumgenius insert. I snap converted this but when I got it the wing was damaged from someone taking off the velcro on the wing. I put on the snaps & it has torn on both tabs. It still works great but I don't know how long it will work for. Someone who is handy could sew the hole shut. Snaps are all in good condition.

Is the PUL damaged or is it just the outer layer?

No the PUL isn't damaged in any way. Its just the tabs are ripped, there is NO PUL in the tabs :) Hope that helps
