its prob over silver and thats not filled black hills is very wanted and if the bottom is gold over silver it was prob done that way on purpose for someone who didnt want a silver band so you have a very nice ring here

yes the APPROXIMATE size is a 10 my husband tried it on and his finger is a size 11
