HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL star Ashley Tisdale is...grounded. This madcap teen comedy stars Tisdale as Mandy, a girl who is invited to a big bash by Drew, the dreamiest dreamboat the halls of Mandy's high school have ever seen.
